Healthy Chocolate Brownies!

Healthy Chocolate Brownies RecipeYes you can have brownies that are kind of healthy!

To make 9 brownies you will need ...
  • 1/2 a cup of coconut oil
  • 300g Dark Chocolate
  • 2 cups of coconut sugar
  • 1 cup of ground almonds 
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 Mashed Avocado
  • 1 capful of vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten


1. Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2. Then put a large bowl over a low heat and put in the coconut oil and chocolate until it is all melted then turn of the heat.
 3. Put in the coconut sugar, Ground Almonds, Baking Powder and Avocado (make sure its really well mashed and stirred in). Vanilla extract, Salt and Eggs.

4. Pour it in an oven tin lined with baking paper and cook it in the oven for 26 minutes. 5. When you take it out it should be cooked on the outside but squishy on the inside, leave it to cool for 20 minutes and serve it with what ever toppings you like.
